Letter of Engagement
Purpose: The Letter of Engagement outlines the scope of services, responsibilities, and expectations between you and Burton Tax Services. This document also has a copy of the current fees, as well as our Privacy Statement.
CRA Authorizing a Representative
- Purpose: The CRA Authorization Form allows Burton Tax Services to communicate with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) on your behalf, facilitating the exchange of necessary tax information.
- You remain in full control of this access - you can change it online using MyAccount (CRA website) or request us to remove our access
Information Request form
- Purpose: This form allows you to grant permission for:
- Burton Tax Services and Jack Financial to collaborate to better assist in financial planning and tax preparation (this is form will be offered to clients that use Jack Financial for Financial Planning)
or
- Burton Tax Services to request prior year tax returns from Jack Financial to facilitate the carry forward of previous tax year information. Burton Tax Services will not provide any tax information to Jack Financial.
